Who this covers
This policy describes the public website at codexthrill.com. Codex Thrill does not run user accounts, an admin login or a database of website visitors on this site.
Messages you choose to send
The contact form does not submit data to a Codex Thrill server. When you send it, your browser opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message already written. Codex Thrill receives the details only after you send that WhatsApp message or email.
The footer field labelled Technology insights works the same way. It opens an email to Codex Thrill. It does not add you to a stored mailing list.
- Your name, email, phone, company and country, if you include them
- The service, budget, timeline and project description you write
- The address you type when you ask for technology notes
What this website does not collect
The site does not collect account passwords, payment card details or newsletter subscriptions. It does not use analytics, advertising tags or CAPTCHA. Search on the site runs in your browser against the published pages and does not send a query to a Codex Thrill server.
Hosting
The published pages are files served by the website host. A host may keep ordinary connection logs, such as an IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and operation. Those logs are not created by the contact form.
WhatsApp, email and other services
WhatsApp is provided by Meta. Email is handled by your email provider and by the inbox at Codex Thrill. Opening the Fiverr profile, or using LinkedIn or X to share an article, takes you to that service, which then handles information under its own policy. Codex Thrill does not receive a copy of your activity on those sites beyond the message you send.
How messages are kept
Messages that reach codexthrill@gmail.com or WhatsApp are kept long enough to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Email codexthrill@gmail.com if you want a copy of a message you sent, a correction, or deletion. Codex Thrill will do that unless a record has to be kept for a legal, tax or dispute reason.
