Codex E-Invoice
A ZATCA e-invoicing gateway that prepares invoices from Codex Retail and other retail systems for Saudi Arabia.
Overview
What this product is for
Codex E-Invoice is the e-invoicing gateway Codex Thrill is building for ZATCA Phase 2. It sits beside the till, turns a completed sale into the invoice payload the platform expects, and keeps a clear record of what was submitted, accepted or rejected. The gateway is in development. It is not a claim that every integration or clearance path is already certified.
Saudi retailers and software teams that need completed sales to become ZATCA-compliant e-invoices without burying tax rules inside the cashier screen.

Questions
Questions before a project conversation
Is Codex E-Invoice already certified with ZATCA?
No. It is in development. Certification, onboarding and the exact clearance or reporting path have to be completed for the taxpayer before anyone should treat invoices as compliant.
Does the cashier wait on ZATCA during a sale?
The design keeps device I/O and the sale local. Invoice submission is a gateway step with its own status, so a slow tax response does not have to freeze the lane.
Can it invoice sales that did not start in Codex Retail?
That is part of the design. The first integration is Codex Retail. A second source can be added once the invoice contract is stable.
