Codex Finance

An AI finance copilot for owners who need cash, margin and overdue invoices explained in plain language.

Overview

What this product is for

Codex Finance is an in-development finance copilot. It reads the books a business already keeps — invoices, bills, payouts and a chart of accounts — and answers the questions an owner actually asks: what cash is expected this month, which customers are late, and which jobs are below the margin they agreed. It drafts the explanation. It does not file the tax return or move money.

Owners of small companies who have the transactions but not a dedicated finance officer to narrate them.

Questions

Questions before a project conversation

Will Codex Finance replace an accountant?

No. It prepares a clearer view of cash, margin and overdue invoices so the owner and the accountant spend less time hunting through exports.

Can it pay suppliers or submit a tax return?

No. Those actions stay with a person. The copilot is read-and-explain.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the invoices, bills and payouts the business connects. If a number is not in that data, the copilot should not invent it.
